Zachary Grayum is an accomplished business executive, operations leader, and construction management professional whose career reflects a commitment to leadership, teamwork, and organizational excellence. Throughout his professional journey, he has successfully managed large workforces, led multimillion-dollar operations, and developed businesses through disciplined leadership and strategic execution.

Growing up in a family of educators, Zachary learned the value of responsibility, integrity, and continuous improvement at an early age. His father worked as a high school teacher, while his mother served as a substitute teacher, creating an environment that emphasized education, accountability, and personal development. These values became the foundation of both his athletic and professional success.

As a student-athlete, Zachary distinguished himself both academically and competitively. He earned Prep Stars All-American honors in football, was selected All-State in 1997, and became a Valley League Champion and State Finalist in both the javelin and shot put. His achievements earned him a full football scholarship to Oregon State University, where he also gained admission to the Honors College through early acceptance.

Following college, Zachary built a diverse career spanning entrepreneurship, construction management, and executive leadership. He spent eleven years as General Manager for West Coast Agricultural Construction Company, overseeing operations, workforce management, project execution, and business growth. He later founded Pacific Goldendoodle LLC, gaining firsthand experience in entrepreneurship and customer-focused business development.

Today, Zachary serves as a Store Manager, leading large teams while overseeing complex retail operations, operational efficiency, customer service, and employee development. His experience managing multimillion-dollar business units has strengthened his expertise in leadership, organizational performance, workforce engagement, and operational strategy.

Outside of work, Zachary enjoys snow skiing, golf, fishing, and traveling. These activities reflect his appreciation for competition, the outdoors, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle while continuing to pursue personal and professional growth.
